Native American Language Arts Unit

You and your partner will take on the roles of being North Carolina Indians in your chosen tribe.

You will discover what it was like to live during their time and the way they lived. 

You will also learn what it took for your tribe to survive in the wilderness. 

 

After learning about your tribe, you will individually write a narrative describing a day in the life a Cherokee.
